These signals transmit information concerning the status of telephone and power lines as well as the specific area being threatened by theft. Immediately upon receiving the signal Internet takes the appropriate action notifying the authorities, police/fire department and contracting designated personnel. Was the project is “sold”, a job turnover meetings held. The job detail is discussed between the Manager and the project manager. During the course of project, the principal technician (on the project) is required to “Q.A.” each portion of installation and signs off on the job. The project manager is required to inspect each phase of the project. At the completion of the job, technicians instruct customers and his representatives in the complete operations of the system installed.  It is the responsibility of the installer to provide the final quality control and sure that the project:

• Is installed correctly
• Is 100 percent complete
• Meets or exceeds our customers expectations
• Performs in accordance with manufacturers and Internet’s specifications and standards

Internet’s purchasing organizations is also structured to track all aspects of the labor and material allocations associated with the project. We use job cost accounting to assure the accuracy of our proposals with reference to both materials and labor. The accounting department is responsible for preparing the invoices, batching them and preparing the cost summary reports.

Communications

Internet realizes that in order to be successful in today’s marketplace communications is the key. Communications can take many forms can provide a variety of functions. However to be effective all forms of communications have to be dependable, consistent and designed with thought as to how each will best serve all interested parties and the mission of the company.

All employees are equipped with pagers. All management personnel are expected to be available when needed 24 hours a day seven days a week.  All management employees are equipped with cellular phones. It has been and always will be our policy to exercise all reasonable options to facilitate good and timely communications between Internet security and our customers.

An on call technician is available 24 hours a day /seven days a week. The on call status is a rotating responsibility shared by all of our senior level technicians.  Simply by the net toll-free number 1-800-363-alarm anytime, night or day, a technician is available to handle security system problems. If the on call technician cannot handle the problem, he is empowered to call in any necessary resources to address the concern.
