Secured Entries

Secured Entries:
Controlling the entry and egress of inmate and staff is why a correctional facility is designed. The ability to selectively activate door and gates is critical to the safety and security of inmates, staff and any vendors that must visit the facility.

An Aiphone system can assist in this control when integrated with a locking system. Lock or unlock doors only after a person’s identification and intentions are properly verified. Interfacing Aiphone with a CCTV system in addition to the locking mechanisms adds an even greater sense of well being.

Inmate Housing

Inmate Housing:
Inmate housing presents a special challenge to correctional staff. The need to obtain information before entering a specific cell can be critical. Monitoring those same cells can also alert staff to any potential problems or situations that need attention.
