All International and Overseas Orders

 

Thank You for your interest in placing an order with Internet Security Systems Inc.

If you live outside the U.S. we will be happy to do business with you by check or by bank transfer.

 

Overseas Fees & Procedures:

Please be aware that to ship we prefer to use your UPS, DHL, TNT, or FEDEX, account if you have one.

Otherwise we will quote you a shipping price based on item weight, dimensions, location and insurance.

This will be in addition to standard handling rates on all overseas/int'l orders which are:

• $15.95 USD on items of $1 – 122.95
• $17.95 USD on items of $125 – 199.99
• $20.95 USD on items of $200 – 499.99
• $49.95 USD on items of $500 – 999.99
• $60.95 USD on items of $1000 – and up

There is an additional $10.00 overseas handling fee on all overseas & international orders.

If you pay by money transfer / wire there is a  $25.00 fee for the transfer.
If by credit card there is an additional 2% + $ 10 fee for expediting your order and charging it.

For Bank Transfers:

Please create an order using the shopping cart and then hit CTRL>A on your keyboard to select all and CTRL>C to copy. Then paste the info using CTRL>V into an email and send to info@issisecure.com. We will send you bank information, shipping rates etc. by email, to help you complete your order with us.
